How to make flipping images not only with arrows - but also with a swipe or mouse
Everything works through owl carousel
There are also settings:

mouseDrag : true,
touchDrag : true,

I can’t figure out what it is, I will be glad for any help!

Your owl-nav overlaps the entire slide due to height: 100%;
