How to fix image loading in Internet Explorer?

There is a single page application in which I upload an image to the server.
After - a reduced copy of it is displayed in the profile, when clicked, the image enlarges.
In all browsers except IE (9,10,11) it works fine, the image is displayed normally, but in IE the result is this:
Please tell me how to solve this problem?

I usually noticed this at a slow Internet speed.
I don’t know the reason, but for some reason IE "stupidly scores" on loading pictures
. After updating, such a glitch disappears? Have you tried writing a script that first loads the image in the background?
