How to distribute packets across network cards?

The essence of the problem is this
. There are 2 PCs, one home nas / media center on debian.
There are usb network cards, 100 mb. It is
necessary to make sure that the PC on Win10 clings directly with a gigabit port to the gigabit port of the server, and transmits packets from certain applications to nas, and for accessing the Internet and other actions on the local network, use the usb port of the network card. Same thing for us. To receive packages from certain programs from a Win10 PC via gigabit, and use the Internet / network via a USB card.
How can I do this on both PCs? Settings, sphot, etc.
thanks

The simplest and straight away ....
2 network cards, one peer-to-peer network without a gateway for communication between a PC and US, and the second one receives DHCP from a home router.
