How to fix font issues when connecting monitor to macbook?

I know this question has already been asked, but none of the solutions worked for me.
1. MacBook Pro 2015 early
2. Monitor LG 24mp59g-p
3. Specially changed HDMI cable to Hama miniDisplayPort-DisplayPort
4. Tried to change font smoothing via defaults -currentHost write -globalDomain AppleFontSmoothing -int Х (The most acceptable turned out to be with parameter 1)
5 Turned on Display with forced RGB mode (EDID override). ( www.mathewinkson.com/2013/03/force-rgb-mode-in-mac...
6. I also changed the checkbox in the settings "... font smoothing on the LCD screen"
There were doubts that the monitor was of poor quality, but I connect my windows laptop via the same old HDMI and everything looks fine.
The same letters fall into pixels differently and become cloudy. It's just impossible to work.

@rez0n

At FullHD resolution, this is quite a normal situation. A [email protected]" monitor (high pixel density) is required for a comfortable macOS experience on an external monitor
