There is no signal to the monitor from the video card, what could be the reason?

The problem is very similar to this question ( No signal is coming to the monitor. WTF? ), but I have no signal coming only from the video card (50/50 chance of turning on the computer in the morning), it says the cable is not connected and the system itself boots.
When the signal does not go, I turn off the HDD so as not to injure the HDD and turn it off again and again, turn it off, turn on the power until the signal goes on, after the signal goes to the monitor, I turn it off again, I connect the HDD and usually the system boots up normally
on the built-in Intel HD no problems, except that the northbridge gets very hot (a small radiator - you can hold your finger for 2 seconds)
Everything is fine with the wires (I tried different DVI, HDMI, VGA)
What is interesting - about a year ago it was like this - for no reason, the signal on the running system disappeared (once a day, sometimes once every 3 days), randomly, regardless of the load or running tasks (I think so) All this continued about half a month and more than this did not happen again.
In appearance, neither on the video card, nor on the power supply unit, nor on the motherboard, there are absolutely no changes
