How to solve the problem with the mouse cursor when connecting a monitor to a laptop?

Good afternoon friends!

1) There is an HP laptop with windows 10.
2) There is an LG 24mk600m monitor.
3) The screen clone mode is enabled.

Problem: The mouse cursor on the laptop screen and on the monitor screen does not look the same.
On a laptop screen, this is an ordinary mouse (as everywhere on windows), on a monitor screen, it is a square-like figure consisting of some kind of complex stripes.

If anyone has experienced this, please share information about what it is and how to fix it.

I came across a similar one when the bitness of the output to the screen was different. For example, one is 16bit, the other is 32bit.
Most likely, you need to try other drivers on the video card of the laptop, by the way, try it on the monitor too.
