I always used the standard script, js + php, but now it processes js, sends all php data, and nothing happens there, I heard that there are problems with this on joomla. How to solve it?

Judging by the link to the feedback form /component/rsform, you are not using a standard script, but the RSForm component. Therefore, you need to either replace it with another - working, or look for an error in it. For example, its developers could change the API . Read the discussion at the link.
