How to add an item (text) to the menu?

You need to add an item (plain text(phone)) to the Joomla menu. The standard features do not allow this (as far as I understand (now done through separator, it does not suit)). If done through a module, then the text does not get into the menu itself (it is placed in the menu container). Surely there is some kind of plugin / module for adding an item to the menu, or can you do everything in a standard way, tell me how?

I do not recommend inserting a phone number as a menu item. This is incorrect from an SEO point of view. It is better to insert it as a module in the menu position and debug the display with CSS styles.
