How to choose hosting for joomla blog?

Greetings. They want to order a personal blog site with the condition that all materials (video, photos, etc., etc.) be stored on the server (hosting). Which hosting to choose? I suggested using YouTube, Vimeo and other options for storing videos, but the customer does not want to. The hostings known to me provide 10-15 GB, but I think this will not be enough very soon

PS can there be options on the joomla side? For example, a plugin that pulls materials from cloud storage, for example, from Google Drive

The materials are stored in the database, that is, they do not affect the volumes.
Files and videos in them, will it most likely be a separate component for managing them? I would take some kind of DOCman - it has support for remote storage. Well, or find something similar.
Then essentially any sane hosting will do.
