How to fix errors related to replication of 2 domain controllers?

There are 2 domain controllers that replicate each other not long ago there was a problem that the user changes his password, he changes on the controller but does not replicate to another domain controller. How can I find and fix the problem? I can show you the logs you need. Thank you!

1. See which controller is not replicated using replmon;
2. Start the ntfrs service on it in recovery mode like this
