It is necessary to edit SAN policy. The default policy in 2008 R2 is Offline Shared.
Do the following:
Check the status of the
DISKPART> SAN
SAN Policy : Offline Shared
Change the
DISKPART> SAN POLICY=OnlineAll
DiskPart successfully changed the SAN policy for the current operating system.
Exit diskpart and restart the server.
