How to fix error on t430 powerEdge server?

Hello! Faced the following problem:
The built-in display shows the error “CPUA0023 cpu1 is absent. Check cpu" what could be the problem, how to fix it?

In this case, the server does not turn on, only the display of the built-in screen is lit.

Before that, everything worked, then the server just stood without turning it on for 2-3 weeks.

Disassemble and check cpu1

Can you enter the BIOS?
There the processor is defined?
If yes, then look towards iDRAC.
If not, leave only one CPU1 and one stick of memory in A1 and try to boot.
If you have more processors, try in this case also to put another one in place of the one that is not visible.

Disassemble and look, because "just stood" - most likely someone is lying, or someone has gone unnoticed.
