Such a problem:
When you connect any flash drive or usb media, nothing happens, an exclamation mark appears in the device manager next to the standard extended usb-pci host controller. In the controller properties it says:

This device has been stopped because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

What I did:
- cleaned the registry, checked viruses, cleaned the disk
- tried to update the driver - does not require updates
- disconnected the computer from power for 10 minutes, opened all devices
- stuck it into all usb sockets - front and rear
Nothing helped. At the same time, the usb mouse in any socket works properly, and usb media work fine on other computers under
Windows 7 x86
