Disable browser screen saver on TV?

Maybe someone knows how to disable the splash screen in a web browser on a 2014 LG 47LB65 TV with WEB OS.
LG support says it's possible, but doesn't say how to do it.
Or you need a cheap device capable of displaying a picture with a web browser via HDMI (like a raspberry)

as a result, I connected raspberry pi 2, it is powered directly by usb from the TV. Turns on and off with TV conveniently.
installed Kiosk mode on raspberry pi, displays the web browser in full screen
