When plugged into a power outlet, it turns on for a couple of seconds and turns off. I don't even press the button. The button does not respond at all. I changed both the processor, and power supplies, and the RAM and HDD - everywhere the same problem. The speaker is silent. It remains only the motherboard, by elimination, the problem is in it. I ordered a post card from China. it issues a do do signal.
