How to fix docker on windows 10?

Hello everyone, there is a task to run docker on windows 10 , this is important because the option to launch via VBox categorically does not suit me, and I don’t want to cut the nested doll (although there may be a method similar to that used by docker toolbox, I would be grateful for advice)
Installation option with I am not satisfied with the installation of Docker for Windows , because I use virtual machines, and I do not plan to disable virtualization. From which the main problem actually arises, this is the installation of DockerToolbox, since I understand that its integration with vbox has ended, but I still tried to install it, version 18.09.3 | Everything seems to be up and running without errors, but unfortunately when I start the Docker Quickstart Terminal, I get the following error:

Conclusion

Running pre-create checks...
Error with pre-create check: "This computer doesn't have VT-X/AMD-v enabled. Enabling it in the BIOS is mandatory"
Looks like something went wrong in step ´Checking if machine default exists´... Press any key to continue...

I will say right away that VT-X / AMD is definitely enabled for me, as evidenced even by windows itself, and the hypervisor is disabled. On the stack I looked for a solution, nothing helped.
Actually the question is, are there alternative methods for using docker on win10?
ps I tried to install it on WSL, but it's all the same

You need to enable hyperv in the bcd loader

No way. For a week I tried to raise the elixir with the dependencies of the project in the docker on Windows, as a result I freaked out and installed ubuntu, which I basically didn’t want to crawl over for 10 years. As a result, I’m happy like that panda. Windu demolished.
