How to fix "Directory code has become non-unique"?

Dratute!
In short, for the first time in my life, I update the 1C configuration.
1C 8.3 - Accounting for Kazakhstan, edition 3.0
I read the installation instructions and understood the order of updating by version.
Updated one configuration in 3 steps (from 3.0.11.11 to 3.0.14.25).
I took to the second base, there is a different version (3.0.9.35).
Before the current one, you need to make 4 updates (first to 3.0.11.11, then as the first conf).
At the first step, there are warnings.
The directory code has become non-unique: Cost Items (000000018)
Found the directory, changed the code, the warning is gone.
The directory code has become non-unique: Bank Accounts
This warning does not indicate which code the conflict is with
The directory "Bank accounts" contains 132 accounts with codes and 4 lines without codes.
How can I get around this warning?

Forget about the non-uniqueness of reference codes - this is not a reason to stop updating.
I mean, well done for noticing. Write it down somewhere in a notebook and update further. When you're done, you can renumber if you want.

Well, don't score.
Probably in the current configuration the Code has been changed (its dimension and uniqueness), relatively typical.
If so, find out the reason for the change.
With bank accounts, but it would be more accurate if the Russian Federation writes the Account Number in the Code.
The cost items were probably changed to make the codes more convenient for the enterprise.
