The easiest way is to replace the standard shell in the registry with 1CEStart
regedit - HKLM-Software-Windows NT - Winlogon - Set the Shell parameter to "C:\Program Files\1cv82\common\1cestart.exe" (correct Version 1C to your own)
Well and disable Task Manager
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System - DisableTaskMg setting value 1

You have done something very strange. More traditional methods are If the database is file, then make a shared folder on Ubuntu, put the database there, for users in the usual 1C Windows client, write the path to this database and work. It’s even better to translate it into SQL, especially if there are a lot of users and intensive work - install a b / d server and a 1C server on Ubuntu, users have a 1C client (there are plenty of installation and configuration instructions on the Internet). But it will cost extra money (a license for a 1C-Enterprise server).
