How to start learning 1C?

Graduated from college with a degree in Information Systems, has a diploma. 1C studied 2-3 courses. In general, I would not call deep knowledge in this area. What videos / interactive - courses, books, online documentation would you recommend so that I could get a job somewhere soon? Thank you.

You will laugh, but in my opinion, there is nothing better to start in the profession than working in a franchise.
I'll try to explain my point of view.
1. The 1C world has hundreds of different configurations. It is impossible to learn all of them. So you need to choose the only one in which the young man will become a specialist. Well, a meaningful choice can only be made by "cooking" inside.
2. In addition to the programming language, you need to know the subject area, and this is already the area that may simply be of no interest to the programmer (otherwise he would immediately go to study as an accountant :)), knowledge of the subject area is also better to get from different accountants, communication with which again same gives work in French.
3. Working as one fixed class member, a young man, absorbing the experience of his colleagues, quickly "bronze", because. becomes the "smartest" among four 50-year-old accountants and slowly loses that fuse for learning new configurations and other things with which he began to work. In the franchise, he is always the youngest, because everyone is developing by leaps and bounds, and in order to catch up with the team leader, you have to sweat a lot.
Well, so on.
Therefore, young go to franchis ...
And there they will advise literature on the conference for which you need to prepare for certification and help with advice.

@Atanvar

Lutz - Learning Python
by Matt Zandstra - PHP. Programming Objects, Patterns and Techniques
Schildt Herbert - Java for Beginners
J. Richter - CLR via C#. Programming on the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 in C#. 4th ed.
Any of these + the realization that 1s is zashkvar

The network has a video course by Pavel Chistov. I also recommend the official publication from 1C . The kit includes tutorials and a disk with a platform.
Good luck with your study.

He himself studied 1C, working as an enikey sysadmin. But then I came across the basic and advanced courses in programming , quite good. They don't cost that much, especially for the exhaust they give. But for acquaintance, you can search the net for open access.

If the goal is exactly 1C, then you are dear to the French. But think 100 times before turning onto this road. It's like starting to smoke - then you want to quit, but it will be hard.
Learn Java and go to Enterprise.
