How to deploy a web server + 1C?

What I currently have.

" and this " video " it was possible to deploy a web server at the local level, i.e. the path to my 1C base is " 192.168.0.123/base1c ". In the browser, even on a smartphone, it comes without tambourines! Of course good! But I want to let the base into the outside world.
Help to understand this situation.
I think I don't need a VPN, because. I plan to enter 1C from a tablet, possibly from a smartphone.
PS: VPN access is a free option on Windows - a very good option if you only access on a PC.

Well, you have almost everything already done!
The smallest and most insignificant remains:

1. Buy a static IP address from your ISP
   
2. Buy a beautiful domain name
   
3. On the ns-server (domain name sellers provide it for free) bind your domain to your IP using an A-record
   
4. Set Apache to respond to requests for this domain name
   
5. Buy a certificate for a domain or use a free one from Let's Encrypt (you can do without it, but chrome and mozilla promise to show all sites without HTTPS as unreliable - if this suits you, then skip this and the next paragraph)
   
6. Install the purchased certificate on your system and configure Apache to use it
   
7. Add to your firewall allow rules for your HTTP/HTTPS traffic
   
8. If you work from a local network, then you may also need to configure forwarding HTTP / HTTPS traffic from your router to a computer with Apache physically installed (where the 1C base is located does not matter; the main thing is that the computer with the web server has 1C libraries and there was direct access via LAN)
