What software to use for registration?

Good day. I apologize if the question is not quite correctly posed, because it is difficult to formulate within 5-10 words.
The task is something like this:
There is a sports club. There are people who visit it. Each person has a card. These cards should have some data, for example, full name, number of days that are available for visiting, and some other functionality necessary to simplify the work.
And there must be some software that will work with these cards, for example, by scanning this card, indicating in the program that a person has come to class, one day is deducted, or, for example, the debt on the card is displayed, and so on.
Are there any ready made solutions? Perhaps someone has been cooking in this area and will tell you the approximate price tag and in which direction to dig at all?
At the moment, there is an idea + - of what you want to see, but there is no understanding of how this can be implemented.

It is implemented quite simply.
Dig into CRM for sports/gyms, for example. Many CRMs have already implemented this functionality in one way or another.
