How to sell MSSQL license for 1C?

Good day.
Colleagues before me bought a license for MSSQL for 1C.
It turned out that Windows also needed an order of magnitude newer, and the server was more powerful.
As a result, they transferred to another server with Postgres.
To whom, where and how can I sell this license? The seller, of course, does not accept returns.
