Can't update from 1C Retail 2.2.2.20 configuration?

I can’t update from 1C Retail 2.2.2.20 configuration. When I go to the configurator, the platform does not see updates (2,2,4,17, etc.), and when I specify the file manually, nothing happens. I found similar problems on the Internet: some were helped by updating the platform. I have 8.3.18.1334, given that the 2016 conf, everything should be fine, some were helped by installing the full distribution, but now it’s impossible to find it. It seems that updates are going through the enterprise mode, but the version does not change. Please tell me how can I solve the problem?

There can be many reasons, such as the wrong update file, the configuration has been deprecated, or the version of the vendor configuration differs from the base configuration, but in such cases, the message " The file does not contain available updates " is usually displayed, which is impossible not to notice.
Most likely, in your case, the previous update was performed incorrectly, not completely, or the database was damaged. In order to understand the reason, open the support settings window:

Check whether the configuration is typical, whether it is supported and whether the vendor configuration version matches the IB version.

Perhaps it needs to be updated in parts? There are also a lot of missed updates.
Nobody touched me in such a situation for 3 years) updated each conf step by step, in a row, until I reached the right one.
Well and the client certainly compatible should be.
There are clients and confs on the ru-board website if anything ... and broken ones, including

Read in the description of the update with which version it works. If yours is lower, you will have to make successive updates.
