The role for adding and modifying bank accounts has been added. The logbook says the same thing. What needs to be added to the user so that the error disappears?

2. And the radar in the context of counterparties is not activated?

Look for the required Role, include it in the rights settings...

Go to the configurator.
Open configuration.
In the very top line with the name of the configuration, right-click.
All roles.
In the window that opens, find the metadata object for which you need to find out the role.
In the right window, scroll through the list of roles, you can use the arrows.
Having decided on the roles in the configuration itself, we will create a new access profile, and include the roles there.
We create a user group and assign the created profile to it.
