Good afternoon. In one of the databases I saw a "live log" on the exchange form with Bitrix. The question is how to enable this feature?

You need to install additional exchange module with the site from Bitrix. In the latest releases of this module, this is implemented (although it was implemented earlier, but in the last one, this log was displayed in the long wait window / in the background).
