What is the blurring of the image after vectorization?

Option 1 to take the source in the best quality
Option 2 to parse the resulting svg into parts and fix the problem. You most likely have a bunch of paths there, for each color of your own. You can remove the extra or correct. Also in INKSCAPE there is smoothing of curves, but it is unlikely to help in your case
Option 3. First make the picture black and white, then just paste it into INKSCAPE and create curves. Then change the color, add gradients, etc.
