How to fix an SSD?

Protected mode turned on on SSD kingston a2000. At the same time, neither Windows nor Linux can be formatted; deleting partitions during OS installation also does not work.
What are the fix options?

Ssd worked out its resource (you are lucky that the controller did not die earlier)
It remains to buy a new one

You can also see what R.tester says about SSD: https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
You can also try reading and writing tests in it. Second, only if there is a copy of the data residing on the SSD does the write test destroy everything.
But if luck smiled at you and no important data was lost, then I would not advise experimenting with this disk - having flown once, it will also fly in the future.
The best option is to return it under warranty, if it has not ended yet.

If I understand the error correctly, this should help.

Try using hdparm (switch -r) to turn off the readonly flag by setting it to 0
hdparm -r /dev/sda
show the current value
hdparm -r 0 /dev/sda
set to 0
