How to fix a rollback of Server 2012 r2 updates?

Good afternoon.
Remade Server 2012 r2 assembly in MDT. I added a script with the installation of the Management Framework 5.1, and specifically updates KB3191564-x64.
Now, when building the image, after the Windows Update (Post-Application Installation) stage, Windows reboots to install updates, but cannot install them, and goes into "perpetual rollback".
A similar problem was when building Win 8.1. There it was decided by the pre-installation of KB3102812. This did not help with the server. I did not find the required update on the open spaces of google.
Maybe someone has already encountered such a problem, and will share knowledge? Thanks in advance!
PS. I can’t go into the logs and see what the crash is happening on, since Windows is not loaded, but only rolls back updates. If you could tell me how to do this I would also be grateful.
