How to fix a bug in RKeeper?

There is an online store.
We set the task of integrating with RKeeper. Somehow I found their API, everything works fine, but on certain categories, when creating an order with modifications, errors appear:
DLW-0017
[2303] The "Calculator" reference element is not active.
Does anyone know what needs to be changed in RKeeper to make it work? I don't have direct access to RKeeper, so I have to explain to other employees what to do.
