If you mean curved text, then there are several ways:
1. Copy the shape and put it above the text. Select the copied shape and text. Menu Object-Distort with Shell-Shape Top Object.
2. Select the desired text. Menu Object-Distortion using shell-Deformation - select Arc and drag the bend with the slider to the left to the desired one.
3. Or through the menu Effect-Deformation-Arc.
4. Draw with a pen a segment of the curve approximately in the middle of the figure and repeating its bend. Then select the tool "Text on a path" and click on this curve. In the menu Text - Text on the path - Text on the path options, set the alignment to the center.
