What should I do if Illustrator won't open?

A terrible problem overtook, one day illustrator just stopped running, decided to upgrade to the latest version, an error began to appear and a suggestion either start diagnostics or run the program itself, once after choosing the second option, it started up with a rattle, I reset the settings, closed it, and then either only a line in the task manager, or a diagnostic offer will randomly open (when you select it, everything hangs stupidly)
I tried reinstallation, cleaned the settings through folders, cleaned the cleaner through adobe creative cloud cleaner - in general, I already tried everything.
