There is a project, partly related to IT, and partly offline. In a nutshell - for offline companies I find clients through my own Internet sites, and these companies pay for attraction.
There are no problems with finding the clients themselves and the IT component. But there are problems in working with partner companies - in fact, our own forces are not enough for everything. The project is working, there are partners, but you need to communicate a lot and tediously with them, including in order to receive money for the services rendered.
At this stage, I would like to connect a third-party person who, for a part of the profit (but not a salary, here is the problem with just hiring), will agree to search for partner companies and their further maintenance (coordination and receipt of payment, provision of reports, etc.) .
