How to find remote work in a team?

There are a couple of years of unofficial web development experience in 2015 - 2016 (mostly on react.js + node.js) and a year off (in 2017 I was programming as a hobby on elixir / phoenix). Now I decided to take up programming again, I wanted to move from Poltava to Kharkiv, I started looking for options, it turned out that I lack spoken English and experience in companies similar to those I applied to (Epam, DataArt, SoftServe).
In general, now there are absolutely no ideas, so I decided to ask for help here. Tell me what options are there, it is desirable to work in a team, so that there is someone to establish feedback with, otherwise it is often difficult to understand where to go, how best to do it and why?

I'll work with this one for now https://github.com/lukasz-madon/awesome-remote-job... found somewhere here on the Toaster.
I investigated the situation further, I realized that without a portfolio you should not rock the boat.
I found a list of typical projects on which you can make a portfolio: https://goo.gl/UPx4Sn
I also want to add that now no one will listen: "I know something a little and did something, but you will finish me up, let me try, I'll try", now it's right to communicate like this: https://goo.gl/8RNNJY , that is, in response to "we are looking for a programmer for such and such a project on that" one must answer "oh cool, I already have such a project in the portfolio, here is the link, you only need to insert your text and pictures" :)
When it comes to javascript, the optimal choice to position yourself as a javascript or frontend programmer seems to be focusing on react.js . Angular has more of its specific features, vue is too new, some wordpress will go to jquery or there will only be layout, node.js for a serious backend is rather unreliable (for example, a Yerlang server can work for ten years without reboots, has cool asynchrony and parallelism, there is a serious system for restarting falling parts through supervisors), although it is quite suitable as a stub server for react :) .

There are a lot of remote vacancies right now. I just recently got into the team, I like everything.
Again, almost no one needs junas at a distance. The necessary experienced middles / seniors to work, and not ask for a tit. :) All projects have deadlines and budget limits, so each team member must produce a predictable and suitable result in a reasonable time.
If you are somewhere in megacities, it’s really possible to get a job as an intern / junior there, again you need to look for a lot of vacancies. If you are from the provinces and do not plan to relocate, then swing to the middle, again, there are enough remote vacancies.
