How to find programmers who are interested in practicing spoken English?
Greetings!
Three weeks ago, in order to improve my spoken English, in the evenings I started discussing the news of the JavaScript world (full-stack) with programmers in English for one hour. Those. one-on-one conversation, via skype voice, in English, for an hour, the topic is purely about programming. I was looking for those who wanted to do this on all sorts of chat rooms dedicated to JavaScript.
As a result, for such conversations, I found 4 programmers who continue such conversational sessions on Skype every week.
But I'm trying to find programmers for every day, and I can't find 3 more.
Do you have any ideas where to look for programmers who are also interested in practicing spoken English? Theoretically, most upwork programmers should be interested in this practice, are there any forums or chats where you can find upwork programmers?
PS In the process of searching for programmers on the above chats, I was often given the idea that it is wrong to practice spoken English with non-native speakers. I want to immediately note here that I do not consider this technique as exclusively the only one for English. For pronunciation and grammar, I work with a tutor 5 days a week. These conversations about programming are just for the purpose of developing fluency + really interesting to talk about programming. Yes, and according to the results of three weeks, I can say that there is definitely a benefit from such a practice.

Do not toil garbage, go to an English-speaking country, in the same Philippines you can be cheap.
Well, on the upwork'ovskom forum and look. There is also a community there.
I would also participate, but I'm not sociable in life and I don't know much programming :)
I won't talk about Java, but about databases - it's easy.
