What other physical cards (not tied to a location) to which you can withdraw money from Upwork besides Payoneer? The tariffs of the latter are a little straining.
*not tied to a location - I need to withdraw money in Central Asia, PayPal does not work there.

Also ePayService: epayservices.com. Also a lot, but more expensive

Each system has its pros and cons. Commissions are everywhere, this is business.
I chose Payoneer for myself and pay with a card in stores, then you don’t worry about ATMs and commissions. But the money is on Payoneer in dollars, and the rate is growing.
If you use paypal, then it is better to verify it so that you can receive money in dollars. Otherwise, there is an automatic conversion into rubles.
