If there is FTP access, then sites / all / themes / here, according to the idea, there should be 1 folder, go into it, open the .info file, line name = "Theme name".
If you have access to the admin panel, then admin / appearance, there is a list of topics that do not have "Set as default", this is your theme.
Well, or yes, he downloaded the theme somewhere, sawed it and just renamed everything, then ... well, how to find it. Do you think that he redid the finished theme, or why do you need it?

Why are you sure that this is a standard theme renamed? Maybe he wrote his own from scratch?

I have never worked with Drupal, but if there is a folder hierarchy like in normal projects, you can, for example, look at the path of any image on the site through the devtool and, based on the link, determine where the parent theme is.
