What is the best way to store data: xml/json or sqlite C#?

There is data from which you will need to select according to a certain attribute (name, category number, object ID). Where is all this done? WPF visual C#
The data will not change.
For selection now connects 3 tables left join'om, those hml too should be tormented thus?
(object id->object attributes-attribute id->attribute name-unit id->measurement name)
The number of objects per eye is less than 10k, each can have about 100 attributes.
At the moment, there are two examples of the implementation of storing these objects in front of your eyes:
1. a pack of .dat files that fit in 2 mb
2. sqlite base ~ `16 mb (there are extra ones that need to be deleted, but as a guide it will do)
Searching the Internet for some specifics did not give.
Someone has faster sql, someone has xml, and on the same volumes.
I tried to use sqlite db, but somehow the speed was disappointing, maybe it's in the datagridview? and listview would be better?

Half of the points relate to layout, design, SEO and have nothing to do with CMS. And for the rest, Open Cart is suitable with some finishing.

Shop script is more convenient in deployment. More opportunities if the store moves away from a simple store. It's good to make templates. Large base of the marketplace. But everything costs money. Opencart is squarer for me, but pluses. Free.

FriendlyCMS can do almost all of this.
