How to find out the parent process of a directory in linux?

Hello.
Can you please tell me how you can find out the process that generates a specific folder? It is not the owner, but the creator? The Desktop and Downloads
folders are constantly generated in the home directory . Regarding the latter, I rechecked all the applications in which folders for downloads are installed, but everywhere I aim at my own separate folder, generally on a different disk. Desktop is apparently created by the system during reboot, but it sometimes appears after installing applications, while the folder itself still remains empty. In any case, everywhere they write that you can only see the owner. Can't believe it's on linux
it is impossible to know in detail about the origin of the file. Maybe someone knows how to look at this, or suggest an approach?

Strange, there was an answer about the auditd program, but it disappeared somewhere. If anything, you can track anything with its help.

Well, you can try to slip a folder into this place created on behalf of ROOT with rights only for ROOT. What process will fall, that and slippers. Although the method may not work.
