How to restore edits in GParted if GRUB is removed?

I tried to expand the main disk, and transferred the memory from SWAP to the main one, I could not transfer it to the main one, since it cannot be touched if it is running. I noticed this already after I deleted some small 100 MB partion, most likely it was rude or something that was responsible for starting the system.
Now when starting OS Debian 9, a simple console.
How to recover?
As an option, download the image and try to restore, but every time I tried to do this, it did not work in Linux, sometimes it worked on Windows.

The edit history is only kept until you exit GParted. If there is no copy of the MBR (for example, using dd), then all that remains is to restore the data and reinstall the OS using a new one.
