How to find out the logins of Vmware ESXi users and reset their passwords?

I have ESXi 5.1 connected to vCenter. I enter vCenter through ActiveDirectory.
It is necessary to log in locally through the vSphere client, but I only know the password for root, but no one allowed login from root. I don't know the logins of users other than root, and even more so their passwords. Is it possible to find out / reset / change the password through vCenter?
