How to find out the font size and type of a pdf document?

Good afternoon.
There is a pdf file, 471 pages of text, you need to know the font size and type.
preflight gives out some incomprehensible information that is misleading.

Found the answer.
Install Adobe Acrobat Pro.
We open the document.
Tools -> Content -> Edit Document Text
By right-clicking on the text in the properties section, we see the style and size of the text.
