How to make an object 100% height in ADOBE MUSE?

How to make it so that let's (rectangle) is displayed on the whole screen, regardless of the resolution.
Example as on the UCOZ website

You can try to pin the object to the TOP position, you can try to set the parallel movement 1px down when scrolling, but just setting it to 100% will not work.

You can add a full screen slideshow and leave one image. put in the background.
