How to find out domains on ip?
Fumbled on Google, mostly links to services or parse bing. Neither is interesting.
There is a task:

The question is how?

No easy way.
If reverse zones are not configured there for 100% of domains.
And there they are not configured even by 1%
In general, no way. Just parse search engines.
Well, or a fantastic option - to get up-to-date copies of all domain zones and find all occurrences of the desired address.
Alternatively, you can still use this service:
viewdns.info
I have not yet found a public service that provided at least similar results to the user
