Is my dns server on Windows Server 2003 R2 caching?

There is a standard dns server that works in tandem with AD. We want to use it as a dns server for the Internet.
How to configure it to cache resource requests? Where can I view this cache?

If everything is configured by default, then everything is already cached.
View in the DNS snap-in (View-Advanced->Cached Views).
