Recommend a good Wi-Fi router for running a web server over a local area network for several clients?

Recommend a decent Wi-Fi router so that it:

  • Would provide 10-15 simultaneous Wi-Fi connections from different devices: smartphones, laptops, tablets
  • Would have the standard ability to configure DHCP in part: bind to one specific MAC address a permanent ip address in the local network
  • In order for the Wi-Fi network to work normally not only within one office, but also, if possible, within others on the same floor, no more than 50 meters away from the router
  • It would be great - the ability to configure DNS to bind a domain to a specific ip-address

1,2,4 - any MikroTik
3 - depends on the quantity and quality of overlaps. The bottleneck, most often, is the transmitter power of the client device, and not the transmitter power of the router.
Look at Mikrotik hAP AC lite

a permanent IP is provided not by a router but by a provider, about 50 meters and a large number of connected devices, then this is already an access point (those routers with two antennas)

If the traffic is not high, any middle-class device is easy. Let's say Mikrotiki in the price category of about 200 bucks will do it with a bang.
If the traffic is high, no device can handle it. It's physics: devices interfere with each other.
The correct option - if there is not enough speed - to put on 2-3 different Wi-Fi channels with a non-overlapping frequency.
It also depends on the material of the walls and the power of the antenna, etc. In extreme cases, there are Wi-Fi repeaters ....
