Apparently, I can't formulate the request correctly in Google. I keep getting off topic answers.
And I just need to understand how to configure DNS to give different answers, for example, to a client from Moscow and Vladivostok, in order to redirect to the nearest server.

Solving the issue with your own hands depends either on the provider or on which dns server you use (to configure it yourself)
