Possible DNS-rebind attack detected what is it?

I raised a mobile proxy on the firmware of the openwrt router, when I start working with insta in the logs I see this regularly only with a different link at the end. What does this mean and is it necessary to add something like this to the whitelist?

@frenemyy

An attempt to change DNS is detected, but the router beats it off.
You don't have to add it to the whitelist, of course.
