But when you try to access it from any browser in Ubuntu for some reason it opens at all, don't understand what:

What is remarkable from the phone and another laptop under Windows opens normally.
What could be wrong?

Looks like the site has been hacked. Please contact the site owner.
Question in the User-Agent, if there is Linux there, it throws a Japanese crap:

Look at /etc/hosts and iptables settings. Most likely a virus in the Ubuntu client due to bad ssh passwords or the like. Although I can't be 100% sure.
