How to delegate a domain from RU-CENTER to AWS EC2?

My question is similar to How do I link a domain to AWS EC2? I can't link a domain name to an Amazon server. The domain was purchased on the website www.nic.ru. In general, it is not clear how to create a domain there with an A record pointing to the attached Elastic IP. Help.

if you want to use dns from amzon, then you need to create a domain in route53 and register the record and then the issued dns on the nickname ru
