How to find Android Studio performance issue in Flutter project?

have a mac mini 2018, 16 oz, 512 ssd, i3 3.6 Hz 4-core
The project on flutter has grown to a decent size, but I wouldn’t say that it’s very big, for about a couple of weeks I began to feel that the responsiveness of prompts was falling auto-completion begins to annoy and affects the speed of work more and more.
